Ritter Audio Fatigue (RPG Maker MV & MZ)
A downloadable RPG Maker MV&MZ Plugin
🎵 Add Variety to Your Sound Effects! 🎵
Does your game suffer from repetitive sound effects? Hearing the same sounds repeatedly can lead to audio fatigue for your players, diminishing their overall experience.
This plugin introduces random pitch variation to your sound effects, ensuring they sound fresh and engaging every time they play. But that's not all! It also lets you map sound effect variations by linking a single sound effect to alternative audio files for even greater diversity.
Whether it's footsteps, UI sounds, or battle effects, Ritter Audio Fatigue Plugin enhances your game’s audio experience by:
- Adding Pitch Variations: Randomly adjust the pitch of sound effects for a dynamic feel.
- Mapping Variants: Replace repetitive audio with randomly selected alternative sound files for targeted effects.
- Global or Targeted Application: Choose whether to apply these features globally to all sound effects or only to specific ones you define.

- How to Use:
- Set this parameter to a value between
1

(large variation). [Recommended: Use default value of 5 to stick to Thor's advice] - The plugin will randomly adjust the pitch within this range each time a sound effect plays.
- Example: If the base pitch is 100%, a variation amount of
5
can randomly adjust the pitch to anywhere between 95% and 105%.
- Set this parameter to a value between
3. Global Application
If no sound effects are specified in the "Targeted Sound Effects" list, the plugin applies pitch variation globally to all sound effects in your game.

- Adjust the "Variation Amount" as desired.
- All sound effects, from UI clicks to battle sounds, will have pitch variation applied.

- For each sound effect (e.g.,
